Biographies: Trust Banking Manager, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Wealth Management Executive Recruiter

Anthony R. Riotto
President

Anthony Riotto began his career in trust banking as a manager in the Trust Department of the Bank of New York. As traditional trust banking began its fusion with asset management, Tony anticipated the emergence of wealth management as the future of the industry. In 1982, Tony founded Riotto-Jones to cater to the specific needs of the emerging wealth management industry. He focused initially on trust companies and expanded the business to include all facets of both private and institutional wealth management.

By creating a client-centric culture, which features a revolutionary system of "benchmarking" candidates two weeks into the search process, Tony was able to achieve unsurpassed results. For over twenty years, he has honed Riotto-Jones into an industry leader in wealth management recruitment and augmented the search capabilities with management consulting, industry surveys, publications and national seminars. He currently focuses on managing the vision, values, and strategic initiatives of the firm, while still personally monitoring all active searches.

Additionally, Tony is currently a Director of Alxzka Technologies, Inc., a member of the Advisors Circle of Text Analysis International, Inc., and member of the Board of Directors of Children's Village serving at-risk children in New York City metropolitan area. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Westchester Philharmonic Orchestra. Tony currently lives in Westchester County, NY with his wife and daughter.

Lynn Klein
Lynn Klein has been the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Riotto-Jones since 1990. A graduate of New York University with concentrations in Mathematics and Economics, Lynn went on to do graduate work, also at NYU, in Training and Management Development. She spent ten years as a Trust Officer and Investment Manager at The Chase Manhattan Bank and U.S. Trust Company of New York. Just prior to joining Riotto-Jones, Lynn was a Regional Director at Omega, Consultants to Bank Management. In addition to teaching Economics at the American Institute of Banking, Lynn held several official positions within the National Association of Bank Women.

Greg Hogan
Greg Hogan is a Senior Associate at Riotto-Jones & Company. He brings over twenty years of experience in the Wealth Management industry to bear upon his role within Riotto-Jones. After graduating from college, where he majored in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing, Greg attended the management training program at Manufacturer's Hanover Trust Company and went on to work at Citibank, N.A., Fleet Financial, Fidelity Investments, and Scudder, Stevens and Clark, where he specialized in high-net-worth business in private banking, personal trust and investment counseling services.

Greg's specialties include growth strategies, business development, client services, and matrix sales management. Greg continues to act as a private wealth advisor to seven high-net-worth families. Additionally, he is currently the Chairman of the Briarcliff Conservation Advisory Council and is a sitting member of other various boards and committees. He has also previously served on the Board of the Westchester Philharmonic Orchestra. Greg currently lives in Westchester County, New York with his wife and two daughters.

Justine Mullin
Justine Mullin is a Research Associate at Riotto Jones. She has 11 years of experience in financial services. She was most recently employed by Bernstein Investment Research and Management. Justine worked in their Private Client Group and contributed in building and maintaining a client base with $1.6 billion assets under management. Prior to Bernstein, Justine was at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette working in the Institutional Middle Markets Group as a salesperson.

Justine has an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Fordham University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and daughter.
