Anthony R. Riotto

Anthony Riotto began his career in trust banking as a manager in the Trust Department of the Bank of New York. As traditional trust banking began its fusion with asset management, Tony anticipated the emergence of wealth management as the future of the industry. In 1982, Tony founded Riotto-Jones to cater to the specific needs of the emerging wealth management industry. He focused initially on trust companies and expanded the business to include all facets of both private and institutional wealth management.

By creating a client-centric culture, which features a revolutionary system of "benchmarking" candidates two weeks into the search process, Tony was able to achieve unsurpassed results. For over twenty years, he has honed Riotto-Jones into an industry leader in wealth management recruitment and augmented the search capabilities with management consulting, industry surveys, publications and national seminars. He currently focuses on managing the vision, values, and strategic initiatives of the firm, while still personally monitoring all active searches.

Additionally, Tony is currently a Director of Alxzka Technologies, Inc., a member of the Advisors Circle of Text Analysis International, Inc., and member of the Board of Directors of Children's Village serving at-risk children in New York City metropolitan area.
